These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of orotrading.app and your purchase of precious-metals products from ORO Trading LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us and These Terms

ORO Trading LLC is an online dealer of precious-metals products, including gold, silver, platinum, and palladium coins and bars. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ORO Trading LLC. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Pricing

The prices of most products we sell are based on the live spot price of the underlying metal plus a premium, and therefore change continuously with the market. Any price shown while you browse is an estimate for reference only. Your price is finalized at the moment you complete checkout and confirm your order. Certain products are offered on a "Call for Price" basis, meaning you must contact us to receive a current quote before purchasing.

3. Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, occasional errors in pricing may occur due to technical issues, data feed problems, or human mistakes. We reserve the right to correct any pricing error and to cancel or decline any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been submitted. If we cancel such an order, we will notify you and refund any amount you have paid.

4. Placing an Order

When you complete checkout, you are making an offer to purchase at the locked-in price. Because precious-metals prices move with the market, orders are firm commitments once confirmed and are not subject to cancellation by you after they are locked. You are responsible for reviewing your order details, including product, quantity, and price, before submitting it.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the full order total, including any applicable shipping, insurance, and taxes. Your order is processed once payment is received and cleared. We do not store your full payment-card details on our own systems.

6. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Because your price is tied to live market conditions, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or modified once locked. If you fail to complete payment on a confirmed order, or if payment is reversed or does not clear, we reserve the right to cancel the order and to recover any resulting market loss, fees, and costs.

7. Availability and Shipping

Most orders ship within two business days after payment clears. Select products may require additional processing or sourcing time and can take up to three weeks to ship. If we anticipate a delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed. Estimated shipping timeframes are not guarantees, as availability depends on inventory and supply conditions.

Shipments are packaged discreetly and fully insured until delivered. A signature may be required upon delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address and for promptly inspecting your package and notifying us of any issue upon receipt.

8. Returns and Refunds

Because precious-metals prices fluctuate constantly, we generally do not accept returns based on changes in market value. We will, however, work with you to resolve orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or not matching the product description. If we are unable to fulfill an order within a reasonable time after the estimated availability date, we will issue a refund. Any approved return must be reported promptly and returned in its original, unaltered condition.

We stand behind the products we sell. ORO Trading LLC guarantees that every coin and bar we ship is authentic and accurately described. Our products are sourced from reputable mints, refineries, and authorized channels.

10. Investment and Market Risk Disclosure

The value of precious metals rises and falls with market conditions, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Purchasing precious metals involves risk, including the potential loss of value. Nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions and should consult a qualified professional before investing.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORO Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or your purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
